Our premium two-storey cat chalets are thoughtfully designed to provide comfort, enrichment, and relaxation. Each private chalet is fully equipped with fresh water fountains, interactive toys, and soft veterinary-approved bedding as standard, ensuring your cat enjoys a calm and cosy retreat. To enhance relaxation, gentle classical music plays throughout the day, creating a soothing environment where your cat can truly unwind.
All of our staff are specially trained in feline welfare, so you can have complete peace of mind knowing your cat is in expert, compassionate hands. We pride ourselves on offering a safe, warm, calming, and stimulating environment tailored to each cat’s individual needs. Daily grooming is included, and we love keeping owners updated by sharing photos of our guests on our Google Drive cat album (posted Tuesdays), so you can see how your furry friend is getting on while you’re apart.
We provide everything your cat may need during their stay, including litter trays, high-quality litter, cosy bedding, toys, food, and bowls. If your cat has a sensitive tummy or requires a specialist diet, you’re welcome to bring their own food. Every guest receives dedicated one-to-one care, with extra cuddles and grooming available whenever they choose. We treat every cat as if they were our own, and you’re always welcome to call us for an update on how your cat is enjoying their holiday.

- Our staff work indoors with your cat and are there on-hand to provide lots of cuddles
- We only use good quality foods and will feed your cat(s) per your instructions, however we are happy to provide a diet supplied by you
- You can call to see what your pet has been up to and how they are enjoying their holiday.
- All medications are administered free of charge, with the exception of some we deem fit for extra charges
- We also groom your cat (for those who like it) daily, no extra fee
- Your cat(s) will be insured whilst with us, subject to the usual terms and conditions
- Late night checks will be made, so you can be confident that he/she is receiving the best of care
- Security Features – we have staff on-site 24/7, there are CCTV cameras, motion sensors and PIR sensors throughout the resort. Every door and window alarmed
PLEASE NOTE: Minimum 5-day booking (single dog) / 3-day booking (2 or more pets) throughout our peak periods (All school half-terms / end of terms, summer (May – Sept) and Xmas/New Year.
About Billy & the team
Formerly known as BJ Kennels and Cattery, owners Billy and Gill Dean bring a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience in animal welfare. They have owned and managed kennels and catteries since 2000. Billy is a decorated former RSPCA Inspector, highly respected in his field with 10 years of service, while Gill previously worked as an equine and animal-welfare professional. It’s safe to say your pets couldn’t be in more capable hands.
Their son, Callum, has lived and worked alongside Billy and Gill for most of his life. Together with senior manager Dave, who has been part of the team since 2010, they offer unrivalled experience that complements Billy and Gill’s leadership. Every member of the team is highly trained in animal welfare and genuinely passionate about caring for animals of all temperaments. Our other kennel and cattery staff also brings years of expertise, as well as a number of extra animal care and welfare qualifications. Our skilled, confident staff, pride themselves on being able to support even the most unique or challenging needs. Our facilities incorporate the latest in animal-welfare technology and are equipped with high-quality materials and equipment that exceed EU regulatory standards, so with a top team to accompany it, we will provide your pets with 5-star luxury holidays.
