Our Clubhouse Suite and Luxury Lodge Suite are designed for dogs who love to holiday in true style—perfect for pups who enjoy comfort and company. Treat your pack to a private, overnight holiday in our exclusive luxury boarding suite, available for groups of up to five dogs from the same household / family. Not only do they get to stay in this spacious home, but they also have access to all the facilities / play care centre during the day, at no extra cost (free playcare everyday)! They will be the first to have outdoor access in the morning and will receive extra evening exercise. There are multiple sofas and beds, as well as a TV with satellite channels and Netflix. The suite has its own heating, windows, locked doors, 6 or 7ft permierer fencing, toys and multiple water points. This means your pets will be stimulated day and night, whilst being safe, comfortable and secure. This holiday space is intended to mimic a lounge and garden, so your pet can really feel at home. There will also be lots of photos posted of them during their stay!

Penthouse Suite
Private Luxury Holidays with private balcony
Our Penthouse Suite delivers all the luxury of our Social Suites—and then some. Enjoy an expansive, beautifully designed space complete with underfloor heating and your pet’s very own private balcony, which will soon be finished with soft artificial grass. Just a stone’s throw away from the suite, you’ll also find grassed exercise areas, perfectly positioned within view of the balcony for your pet’s enjoyment and stimulation, along with toys and extra cuddles.
Inside, multiple cosy sofas, comfy beds, and a selection of toys create a dreamy retreat for up to five dogs from the same household. There is also underfloor heating, secure gating on the balcony, multiple water points and lockable doors. It’s the ideal sanctuary for pets who love to relax, unwind, and enjoy a little peace and quiet. Whether your dog is low-energy or high-energy but prefers their own space, the Penthouse Suite offers the perfect balance of comfort and privacy.
Social butterflies are still welcome, though this suite does not include complimentary playcare and is more suited to dogs who prefer their own company, or the company of humans.

About Billy & the team
Formerly known as BJ Kennels and Cattery, owners Billy and Gill Dean bring a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience in animal welfare. They have owned and managed kennels and catteries since 2000. Billy is a decorated former RSPCA Inspector, highly respected in his field with 10 years of service, while Gill previously worked as an equine and animal-welfare professional. It’s safe to say your pets couldn’t be in more capable hands.
Their son, Callum, has lived and worked alongside Billy and Gill for most of his life. Together with senior manager Dave, who has been part of the team since 2010, they offer unrivalled experience that complements Billy and Gill’s leadership. Every member of the team is highly trained in animal welfare and genuinely passionate about caring for animals of all temperaments. Our other kennel and cattery staff also brings years of expertise, as well as a number of extra animal care and welfare qualifications. Our skilled, confident staff, pride themselves on being able to support even the most unique or challenging needs. Our facilities incorporate the latest in animal-welfare technology and are equipped with high-quality materials and equipment that exceed EU regulatory standards, so with a top team to accompany it, we will provide your pets with 5-star luxury holidays.
