Welcome to our online booking system, with Revelations Pets. If you are a registered, existing customer, you can check availability or book a holiday or daycare for your pet, please click here or the button above.
Before submitting a request, please read our terms and conditions and the guides below.
Please note: if you haven’t paid your booking fee by 11am the following day, we reserve the right to reject your request. If this happens, please feel free to submit the request again and pay the booking fee by 11AM the following day.
Booking procedure
- Step 1 – If you have stayed with us before, please log in using the e-mail we have on file for you (the one you received your last receipts from us on). If you haven’t signed in before or have forgotten your pasword, or have yet to make one, please use the reset password link. If you are a new customer, please call our reception to make your account in our office hours (8:30am – 11am & 3pm – 6pm).
- Step 2 – Enter your dates into the booking page. If the system says there is availability and you are happy with your potential booking, please request them. We will review the booking to make sure it all lines up our end and there is no one ahead of you on the waiting list, before sending the booking fee payment link. If the space is in fact taken, we will automatically send you an E-mail to let you know you are on the waiting list. Please check, if you are requesting dates over our peak periods, we will automatically apply the minimum charge, if the threshold is not met (5 days for a single dog and 3 days for 2 dogs sharing).
- Step 3 – Once you have requested your dates, please wait for an e-mail requesting a booking fee. The booking fee, or the daycare payment in full, must be paid by 11am the following day, or the booking request will be deleted. If it is deleted due to being timed-out, you will have to submit a new request. Once the fee is paid, we will confirm your booking via E-mail. This will include the dates and all costs / payments applicable to the booking. To avoid paying multiple online booking fees for multiple daycare dates, please put all of your dates onto one request form – you can do this by clicking the ‘repeat’ icon and pressing the mini save icon for each line / date.
- Step 4 – Relax… if you have paid your booking fee and received your confirmation e-mail, then your booking is complete and we can’t wait to have your pets for their holiday! If you need to modify your booking, please call or e-mail us. If you want to add extras, you can also do this via e-mail and we will send you and updated booking confirmation.

Extras, luxury boarding and medical / general notes
- To book any extras, please write them in the comments table, at the bottom of the booking page. We will add them to your booking, which will show in the final confirmation e-mail.
- Special requirements – If you have any new comments or special requests for your pets, please write them in the comment box at the bottom of the booking page and we will add the notes to your account. If you require diabetic injections, epilleptic medication, or any ‘out of hours’ medication, please also write this in the comments box.
- Luxury dog boarding suites – If you would like to enquire about availability for our clubhouse suite (social) or our penthouse suite (coming soon), please include this in the comments box at the bottom of the page. If we have space, we will ammend your booking and price to the correct accommodation, this will be shown in the final confirmation E-mail.
- Please note: You can still add specific details or extras at reception when you check-in.
FAQs
- £1 online reservation fee – we have a £1 online fee, in addition to the booking fee, due to increased costs incurred to provide and use the online service.
- Refunds – as with normal bookings made in store or over the phone, all refunds are non-refundable and non-transferable 14 days after booking.
- Ts & Cs – like with all of our services, our Ts and Cs apply throughout, so please check with them before booking. They can be found at the bottom of all booking confirmations, on the booking page and our website.
- Opening Hours – our office hours are 8:30am – 11am and 3pm – 6pm (except Sundays – only 8:30-11:00) everyday. However the booking system is live 24/7.
- Booking Fee – if we have not received the booking fee by 11am the following day of requesting your pets holiday, the booking will be deleted and you will have to re-submit a request, pending availability. Our spaces still work on a first come, first served basis.
- Minimum booking – During our busy periods, we have a 5 day minimum booking length for a single dog and 3 days for 2 dogs staying together. The minimum booking periods are usually, but not limited to, the following periods: school half-terms, school end of terms, Christmas + New Year (19th Dec – 5th Jan) and summer (May – September)
- Accidentally selected daycare when wanting boarding – if you have clicked the daycare calendar, but you wanted to book a boarding holiday, please refresh the booking page and select the ‘overnight’ dates.
- Filling in your details – if you are unsure about any of your / your pets details, when filling out the booking form; please put either you best estimated answer, or just a space and we can fill it out with you on check-in.
- How do I log in – first time users, that have already made an account with reception, will have to log in, using the registered e-mail. Then click the reset password link, to create your password for your account. If you don’t have an account with us, please call our reception in office hours.
- How do I know if I am registered? If you have stayed wioth us before, you will just need the e-mail we have on file for you (the one you receive receipts from us on)

About Billy & the team
Formerly known as BJ Kennels and Cattery, owners Billy and Gill Dean bring a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience in animal welfare. They have owned and managed kennels and catteries since 2000. Billy is a decorated former RSPCA Inspector, highly respected in his field with 10 years of service, while Gill previously worked as an equine and animal-welfare professional. It’s safe to say your pets couldn’t be in more capable hands.
Their son, Callum, has lived and worked alongside Billy and Gill for most of his life. Together with senior manager Dave, who has been part of the team since 2010, they offer unrivalled experience that complements Billy and Gill’s leadership. Every member of the team is highly trained in animal welfare and genuinely passionate about caring for animals of all temperaments. Our other kennel and cattery staff also brings years of expertise, as well as a number of extra animal care and welfare qualifications. Our skilled, confident staff, pride themselves on being able to support even the most unique or challenging needs. Our facilities incorporate the latest in animal-welfare technology and are equipped with high-quality materials and equipment that exceed EU regulatory standards, so with a top team to accompany it, we will provide your pets with 5-star luxury holidays.
