We’re not like normal kennels! Our state of the art facilities come with underfloor heating, air conditioning and extended outdoor runs. Our kennels provide a comforting and loving space. We provide veterinary approved bedding, the very best in kennels design and are fully insured. Your pets will receive the highest level of care and attention, whilst ensuring they receive the exercise they need. We learn your pets likes and dislikes, as well as any special requirements they might have. This data is recorded and made available to all staff, meaning we can tailor plan their activities and consistently provide them with their ideal holiday!
We provide doggy daycare, overnight dog boarding, bathing and agility services; please enquire for more info. We don’t have specific timings for pick up and drop off times, so you can check-in and check-out between 8:30AM – 11AM; and 3PM – 6PM.
SOCIAL SERVICE – Play Care – allow your pets to socialise and play during their stay! By purchasing playcare, your pet will spend a large chunk of their day involved extra play with others and activities!

- We clean the rooms as soon they require it; using sensitive, pet-friendly disinfectant
- Each room has an extended outdoor run, giving your pet even more room to play and relax
- All medications are administered free of charge, with the exception of insulin because of the unsociable hours.
- All buildings are fully air conditioned and benefit from a modern fire alarm system, so your pet is always safe and comfortable.
- Your dog(s) will be insured whilst with us, subject to our terms and conditions.
- Security Features – we have staff on-site 24/7, there are CCTV cameras, motion sensors and PIR sensors throughout the resort. Every door and window is alarmed, with self shutting gates and 7ft perimeter fences. Each exercise area also has a fence 6ft high, so this allows for off-lead exercise (their favourite!)

Dog agility has an amazing effect on dogs and holds many mental, as well as physical, benefits. Agility not only helps keep your beloved pets fit and healthy, but also improves their mental health, confidence (with humans and dogs) and helps them focus their energy in a positive way. Great for dogs who don’t like to socialise with other dogs!
Playcare
Diversify your pets stay with Playcare! Make your pets holiday even more interesting by giving them access to the brand new, state of the art play centre for dogs. Develop your dogs social skills, as they dive into games and activities with staff and other dogs; what more could they want?!
About Billy & the team
Formerly known as BJ Kennels and Cattery, owners Billy and Gill Dean bring a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience in animal welfare. They have owned and managed kennels and catteries since 2000. Billy is a decorated former RSPCA Inspector, highly respected in his field with 10 years of service, while Gill previously worked as an equine and animal-welfare professional. It’s safe to say your pets couldn’t be in more capable hands.
Their son, Callum, has lived and worked alongside Billy and Gill for most of his life. Together with senior manager Dave, who has been part of the team since 2010, they offer unrivalled experience that complements Billy and Gill’s leadership. Every member of the team is highly trained in animal welfare and genuinely passionate about caring for animals of all temperaments. Our other kennel and cattery staff also brings years of expertise, as well as a number of extra animal care and welfare qualifications. Our skilled, confident staff, pride themselves on being able to support even the most unique or challenging needs. Our facilities incorporate the latest in animal-welfare technology and are equipped with high-quality materials and equipment that exceed EU regulatory standards, so with a top team to accompany it, we will provide your pets with 5-star luxury holidays.
