About Billy & the team
Formerly known as BJ Kennels and Cattery, owners Billy and Gill Dean bring a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience in animal welfare. They have owned and managed kennels and catteries since 2000. Billy is a decorated former RSPCA Inspector, highly respected in his field with 10 years of service, while Gill previously worked as an equine and animal-welfare professional. It’s safe to say your pets couldn’t be in more capable hands.
Their son, Callum, has lived and worked alongside Billy and Gill for most of his life. Together with senior manager Dave, who has been part of the team since 2010, they offer unrivalled experience that complements Billy and Gill’s leadership. Every member of the team is highly trained in animal welfare and genuinely passionate about caring for animals of all temperaments. Our other kennel and cattery staff also brings years of expertise, as well as a number of extra animal care and welfare qualifications. Our skilled, confident staff, pride themselves on being able to support even the most unique or challenging needs.
